As a valued member of our Crown Society Wine Club, you are invited to enjoy a complimentary Para Tawny tasting at the Seppeltsfield Cellar Door on every visit. The tasting includes the Seppeltsfield Grand, Rare and two 21 Year Old Single Vintage Tawny’s.

The heart and soul of the Seppeltsfield fortified range is the Para Tawny Collection. Para has been synonymous with luxurious fortified wine for over a century, with the iconic insignia drawn from the Para River that meanders through the Barossa landscape.

Our Para Tawny collection reflects Seppeltsfield’s distinctive house style – medium-weight, with aromatic notes of lightly toasted almonds and papery almond skins. The wine is fortified with a creamy, aromatic brandy spirit, imparting spiced complexity, during its extensive aging in seasoned oak.

This Cellar Door tasting experience will take you through one of Australia’s most iconic collection of wines, Seppeltsfield Para Tawny. Seppeltsfield has long been internationally renowned for its treasure trove of fortifieds, highlighted by the Centennial Collection – the world’s only unbroken lineage of single vintage Tawny, dating back to 1878.
