This behind the scenes tour includes a visit to our Great Terraced Grenache Vineyard and 1888 Gravity Winery, and includes a Grenache themed tasting of five wines.  Available to book in the mornings only for groups of 8 to 20 guests.  Minimum of 5 days notice required for group bookings and are subject to confirmation by our team, depending on availability.  

Learn about how versatile Grenache grapes are and how our premium wines start in the vineyard. This behind the scenes tour includes a walking tour to our Great Terraced Grenache Vineyard and 1888 Gravity Winery to learn about our winemaking process.

Visit the iconic Great Terraced Vineyard with its bush vines to enjoy panoramic views of Seppeltsfield and the surrounding area, and then see inside the historic Gravity Winery with its 120 open fermenters.  Guided by one of our knowledgeable cellar door hosts, this experience concludes with a Grenache themed tasting of five wines.

Please note that a reasonable level of fitness is required to walk through the vineyard and winery, which includes a fairly steep hill.

Accessibility:

Our staff serve alcohol in a responsible, friendly & professional manner. 

Our team are on hand to assist visitors in their decision to drink in moderation and visitors are encouraged to utilise the spittoons provided.

Limousines or buses with liquor licenses will not be accepted on site. Hens & bucks parties, 18th and 21st birthday celebrations, and end of season sports groups will also not be accepted.

Staff will not serve alcohol to any person under the age of 18 years.  Visitors who seek to obtain alcohol for people under 18 years, and any visitor that is intoxicated, will be asked to leave our Estate.

Cancellation:

Group tour and tastings can be cancelled and full refund provided if 48 hours notice is provided.  Partial refunds available for reduced guests numbers up to 24 hours prior to the tour.
